About Ryan Hiatt:

Ryan impressed me with his intuition about my skill trajectory because the opportunity he presented was not lateral but still a great fit. I appreciate that he is direct and timely as well.

About Ryan Hiatt:

First, I want to say, I feel bad for Ryan that he has to be a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. Sorry Bro. :( In all seriousness, was great chatting with an English speaking recruiter IN the USA who actually had a position to discuss. That is rarer than you think nowadays. I really feel like in a very conversational we we got through of the skills and technical without it seeming like him reading from a question list and me reading from my resume. I would chat with him again any time. Appreciate you brother!

About Jim Erhard:

Jim has been professional, responsive, and straightforward throughout the process. He took the time to understand my background rather than simply matching keywords on a resume, and our conversations have been focused on finding opportunities that are genuinely aligned with my experience and career goals. I appreciate his communication style, honesty, and willingness to provide useful feedback throughout the process.
