About Jim Erhard:

Jim has been a blessed guide during a tumultuous time. He is extremely timely, direct, and easily pivots when necessary. As someone who is not updating resumes, applying to jobs, and reading job postings regularly, I don't always know what a hiring manager will value most from my past experience. Jim has been a guide in helping me navigate which of my experiences speak to my value and ensuring hiring managers and applicants speak the same language. I value his connection immensely.
