About Jim Erhard:

Jim had a busy day but made sure he included me in his itinerary for May 2. I reached out to him about a role I was confident in at first, but he was honest about my qualifications for the role and how it wasn't a match at this time. He followed up by offering me a job he knew would suit my preferences, ability, and salary. Offering additional feedback, he assured me that in the current state of my career, I deserve a higher salary than what I was initially expecting. Jim spoke confidently and with an energy that left me confident that he was here to help in my job search. I'm excited to work with him in my corner as I continue searching for work.
