About Jim Erhard:

He was first of all recommended to me and I see why. Upon our first conversation he gave me a couple actionable recommendations to help better guide my job search in a more appropriate direction. He has been timely in his communication and has even taken time to provide me an update that there was no current update from the client. With most recruiters I have spoken to they are silent only until there is an update. Jim makes it a point to stay in touch throughout the entire process!
