About Ryan Hiatt:

Once we reconnected on a specific role, Ryan was extremely quick to map out an initial hiring process and role description, and followed up with an interview for the role compared to my previous experiences. He also displayed knowledge of some of the technologies used/tasks different software engineering titles are assigned, and was very fast to process my resume to the client. I am currently waiting to forward my references and complete a final interview with the client. My one recommendation would be to give candidates a bit more time and preparatory insight before any technical exams; as in my case the exam was in the quick interview timeline and involved rather domain-specific knowledge.
