About Ryan Hiatt:

Ryan contacted me to discuss my interest in a position I had applied to earlier that day. He asked specific questions regarding my experience and how I could add value to the organization if I were hired. He was detailed about the next step which was the TriCom assessment. He scheduled a Zoom call with me to discuss my experience and was transparent about the fact that the job I was interested in had been filled. I appreciated that he expressed optimism about future roles, even though I did not get the one I wanted.
