About Jim Erhard:

I am currently employed and when Jim first reached out I was open to new opportunities, but not actively seeking a new position. We had an initial conversation on the phone in which we talked about my current company and what I am looking for in a new company. About Jim Erhard:

Jim helped me to the best of his ability 24/7. I felt he was 100% invested into my job search. First off, when we first started talking, he worked with me to chat over lunch which he paid for. After that, he didn't send me random jobs that would keep me around the same area in my career like other recruiters I've worked with; he sent me personalized positions that not only could I get, but they would help further along my personal career goals.
