I was contacted on my phone. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, with all the spam calls I get. Sarah left a message and followed up with an email (very professional). I returned her call and she quickly set up a zoom meeting the same day! I was impressed. The zoom meeting ended too quickly for both of us and she quickly followed up with another phone call so as not to leave any loose ends.
