Nicole is attentive to my needs. Any concerns that I have are promptly addressed and I've never had any issues with Total Med. I always get paid on time, and if something is amiss, Nicole is able to give me a heads up. I enjoy working with her.
Jamye has been my recruiter for 4 yrs, 4 mos. I can't speak highly enough about her. She works hard to hear my needs, has gotten me contracts where I want to go, and has never tried to persuade me into something I didn't want. I have traveled from Colorado to Massachusetts, North Carolina, Arizona, Indiana, New Mexico, and am now starting my second year in Hawaii. I have had the unfortunate experience of having to go on medical leave because of a fracture, which ended my contract at that time. Jamye continued to keep in touch with me, with my healing, and made sure that all my needs were being taken care of, as far as TNAA assisting me with my insurance benefits. If anything was out of place, she made all the right contacts, and I was immediately taken care of by the TNAA team. As soon as I was released by the surgeon to go back to work, Jamye submitted me back to Hawaii. I have never been without a contract, and have always been taken care of and supported by her and the TNAA team. It's a great feeling when you have a whole company backing you 100%.

Krystle is the best! She is truly a gem and a recruiter like no other. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel seen, heard, and appreciated which is not always the case with recruiters. I don't know how she does it but she makes you feel like you are her only client and communicates with you the whole way throughout the process. She listens genuinely to what your concerns/priorities are and does her best to get you the perfect match for you and your goals. She does not come off "car salesman" like and is transparent with you. She is professional but down to earth and also will be honest and upfront with you when it is necessary. I am so thankful for Krystle and she is the reason I truly forsee myself sticking with TNAA for the long haul.
