About Amanda McCartney:

Amanda has been on top of the NICU jobs in Florida and even when NICU was slow due to Covid she called or sent me an email every week letting me know she was still looking. I'm starting my second assignment and so glad I've had her with me every step of the way, I look forward to traveling with her for a long time. I think there is nobody better as a TNAA recruiter and friend. She's fabulous.

Amanda really showed me she cares about her travelers as individual people as well as employees. I never felt lost being new to traveling because of Amanda. We were in different timezones but I felt like she was easily available due to her communication and dedication. She is a great TNAA representative.
