Amanda is always positive and attentive. She is quick to respond and always keeps me in the loop about what to expect in the hiring process from contract to contract. About Amanda McCartney:

Amanda has been on top of the NICU jobs in Florida and even when NICU was slow due to Covid she called or sent me an email every week letting me know she was still looking. I'm starting my second assignment and so glad I've had her with me every step of the way, I look forward to traveling with her for a long time. I think there is nobody better as a TNAA recruiter and friend. She's fabulous.

I communicated and worked with recruiters from several top travel nursing agencies before I met Amanda with TNAA. I can’t see myself working with another recruiter or agency now. Amanda really showed me she cares about her travelers as individual people as well as employees. I never felt lost being new to traveling because of Amanda. We were in different timezones but I felt like she was easily available due to her communication and dedication. She is a great TNAA representative.
