About Mike Lupia:

Mike is the absolute best recruiter I know. I have multiple recruiters with different agencies and Mike continues to work harder, smarter, and faster than all of them. I’ve been loyal to him and TNAA for over 2 years because there’s simply no one like him. He is upfront and honest and ALWAYS answers promptly. About Mike Lupia:

Mike always respond with a text or call when he has information to update me. He is a great communicator, especially in explaining the process of becoming a traveler to an inexperience or first time traveler. He provides document in a timely manner. He ensures I follow through on working on paperwork needed immediately. He remind with text message or call to prevent late submission. I appreciate his patience and professional approach in making it effortless for me as a first time traveler.

Mike is awesome to work with. He truly cares about getting you a job that you’re excited for. I appreciated how available he was to me with open and honest communication. He always quickly replied and made sure that I was in the loop regarding all jobs that we were submitting for and had already interviewed for and were waiting to hear back from. I truly feel like he advocated for me as a new travel nurse and was excited to get me an agency position.
