About Mike Lupia:

Mike is so friendly on the phone. He never makes me feel stupid or belittled for the things I am looking for in a contract. One thing I really love about Mike is that he never just quickly pushes you off the phone like other agencies and recruiters have done to me. He will take the time to listen and explain things to you without being short and sweet and hanging up, and I really appreciate that. I am sure Mike has many travelers under his wing but he still makes time for each of us and that stands out to me. I went through a disaster situation with a previous agency, and I had a friend recommend mike and I am SO glad I made the call to him, because he has made this process so smooth for me and much less hectic and stressful. I would definitely recommend mike to any traveler looking for an amazing recruiter. He really is top notch and I am so thankful for a recruiter like him.

I do enjoy that he was a normal person with normal life going on and gets back to me as soon as he can. I can tell him hey I am at work and he understand to be quick and I will get back to him either later or on my day off.

Mike took over for another recruiter once I was already signed. He was nice and checked in regularly. plan to sign another contract in spring time with him again. I hope he took the rest he needed after losing his brother.
