Mike Lupia

Hi, I'm Mike! I come from a diverse background, shaped by my Italian/Puerto Rican/American roots and growing up in a family of six kids. My dad’s a retired college professor, and my mom is a seasoned RN. As for me, I’ve found my passion in recruiting, where I take an educational, informative, and compassionate approach to working with others. Funny how things align, right?

Originally from New Jersey, I’ve had the opportunity to live in different places, from Arizona (where I fell in love with the desert landscape) to Nevada for work and California for love. I’ve traveled extensively across the U.S., Europe, and Central America, and I can hold my own in German (ask me how that came about!). I thrive on connecting with new people, exploring new cultures, and embracing every new experience with curiosity and wonder.

Why I love to recruit
Recruiting wasn’t something I planned on, but it turns out I’m perfectly suited for it! I get to meet incredible people, many of whom work in professions I deeply respect (my mom’s an RN, too!), and share stories, solve challenges, and help connect the right talent with the right opportunities. The company I work for truly values doing right by our travelers, and that makes all the difference.

When I'm not working I like to
Family time is my priority. When I’m not spending time with loved ones, you can find me playing guitar or drums, diving into a good book, cycling (road and motor), rollerblading, pickleball, volleyball and enjoying some good ol' retro video games. I also love staying active in the gym—ideally with a workout buddy. There's always something fun and fulfilling to do!
