Mike is great, I've heard from a lot of other travel nurses about their recruiters and how many of them continuously have issues and feel like they don't address exactly what they want in a job. I have never had that issue with Mike; he is always up front and honest about jobs that are available and where I might be a good fit, while also keeping in mind the area I want to be and other job specifics important to me.

Mike would always try to get things done right the first time and advocate the best pay options and assignments. He was timely with his responses to any questions I had, or ones that I had forgotten to ask. If/when I take another assignment, I will definitely better talking with Mike!

I absolutely love Mike. He is probably one of the main reasons I am with TNAA. He has always gone above and beyond and takes interest in both his travelers work as well as home life. Very personable. Very genuine.

About Mike Lupia:

Mike is so friendly on the phone. He never makes me feel stupid or belittled for the things I am looking for in a contract. One thing I really love about Mike is that he never just quickly pushes you off the phone like other agencies and recruiters have done to me. He will take the time to listen and explain things to you without being short and sweet and hanging up, and I really appreciate that. I am sure Mike has many travelers under his wing but he still makes time for each of us and that stands out to me. I went through a disaster situation with a previous agency, and I had a friend recommend mike and I am SO glad I made the call to him, because he has made this process so smooth for me and much less hectic and stressful. I would definitely recommend mike to any traveler looking for an amazing recruiter. He really is top notch and I am so thankful for a recruiter like him.

I do enjoy that he was a normal person with normal life going on and gets back to me as soon as he can. I can tell him hey I am at work and he understand to be quick and I will get back to him either later or on my day off.
