I've genuinely enjoyed working with Ren ! And my feelings are not influenced by other reviews but my own experience collaborating / communicating/ working with her throughout assignments and also in between assignments. She is absolutely(!) an absolute Gem! ☺️ 👍She truly understands my needs and what I desire when it's that "time" searching for the next place ! She's Always looking out for that perfect placement that is suitable & balanced between what I want and what I truly truly want (*singing the song*) and what's out there ) ☺️! Ren is very approachable, patient, kind, sweet, understanding, personable, easy to communicate with, transparent , truthful , timely , reliable , knowledgable, responds quickly, hard worker *replies to my emails even at night !* and most importantly enjoyable to work with. We've been through numerous contracts/ work assignments and she's always checked up on how things are going, ( truly making me feel I am part of a team instead of just another contract ). If I was in a different "work environment" and I'd be seeing her in person , she's the one I'd hang out with and drink coffee with during breaks/ when we get one lol. I realize there are a lot of "us" out there and only one of her. But she's always made time for me and give me my Me time ! She's like a Mom with many kids, some are demanding with some younger and even older than her !!! But gives them all the same respect and treatment! But glad we don't have to follow bedtime curfew lol.
I have worked with Ren for years, while I was an active traveler and while I was taking a break from traveling and waiting on my unicorn assignment. Ren is the best recruiter and always does what is best for the traveler.
Renauta was very kind and easy to work with. She responded quickly to inquiries. As it was my first time doing an agency contract, she explained things well and made me feel supported along the way
Renauta is such an awesome person, professionally and personally. I truly have had all positive experience working with her. I appreciate the time she gives me with updates, allowing me the many opportunities to look at upcoming assignments that conforms to my needs, she makes sure all the x's and dot's are compliant, she's always available and readily calls u back when she is or gets tied up.
