I have been recruiting for a little over seven years and it never gets old helping deserving RNs fulfill their dreams and meet goals! I truly love what I do! In my free time you'll find me outside with my family whether it be hiking, lake days, or just getting dirty in our backyard. My college sweetheart and I have two rambunctious boys, a dog, two cats, snake, and six chickens. If I could talk him into goats and horses we'd be well on our way to my life goal of having my own little farm!

I’m brand new to the travel gig Ren has been sooooo helpful every step of the way. I had so many questions and she took the time to explain everything to me. She kept me updated on what was going on and what I needed to do. She was always able to answer the phone or text me back right away.
