About Nichole Baldwin:

My first encounter with Nicole was the end of last year. I was already in the process of committing to another agency. At that time I had a long discussion about my new journey into travel nursing. She actually gave up her time and educated me on what I can expect with this entity of healthcare. I was able to complete that particular contract but because of the time and advice I received from Nicole, I made the decision to move to TNAA. My contract starts April 4, 2022. I have had no regrets with the decision. Nicole has been in constant contact with me, helping me along the process. She has been timely, professional and a pure pleasure to talk with.

About Ryan Nance:

With my first conversation with Ryan I was not sure what I had. But as we moved along, things got better as far as my comfort level. His job is not easy. You have a lot of people presenting themselves as skilled professionals but falling short of the mark. Here I am with the proper credentials, years of true experience, doing the same thing. I texted Ryan today with an issue. I expected not to hear from him for a few hours. He answered in minutes. He had a plan in minutes. That's what I need !!!
