Nichole is literally everything you hope for and want in a recruiter. I’ve had her as my recruiter for a couple years and she has always made me feel heard and supported. I’ve spoken to countless other agencies over the years and it felt like I was speaking to used car salespeople. I’m a person, and a person who worked so incredibly hard for my degree and my license. Too hard to feel like I’m just a metric to be chased and no longer important when I’m done being the shiny new number for the week or the month.
