Donna has been my recruiter for several years and I know i can always depend on donna being there for me when I need her and always doing the best of her ability to do what she tells me she is going to do for me-i know i could never find a better recruiter than donna, she is a true gem and a positive aspect to this company-when another traveler tells me how great their recruiter is i always tell them that there is no way their recruiter is as good as mine because I know i could never end up with a recruiter better than donna-she has truly made my job and my life better if only because of the times I just need someone to vent to or just talk--she really cares about her nurses and you can tell she is just a very caring person and a good human in general-I have become to love donna and have never met her face to face but she has been there for me soooo many times--TNAA should really feel lucky to have her as a recruiter
My parameters were pretty narrow and restrictive due to needs. Mackenzie took it all in stride and worked within my constraints. Got a good offer. She did great!
Dana has a great personality and she’s on top of her job as a recruiter.Being new to this business I feel confident that I will be successful in my first assignment because of the clear guidance provided to me by her and the rest of the staff I have been working with over the phone ,text messages and emails.
She listens and helps me exactly how I need help. She is efficient and to the point! She is supportive and friendly! She is extremely responsive. Love our working relationship!
Angie knows her stuff. I'm a night shift worker & she's very mindful of that. We don't talk often but when we do, we pick up right where we left off. I love our conversations & I consider Angie a friend even though we've never met in person. She's a class act & I would definitely recommend her.
Barbie is the best! She checks in on me every week, helps me find my contracts, and assists me with any issues that arise during my assignments. I highly recommend Barbie as a recruiter.
Let me preface this review by saying that I absolutely LOVE talking about Angie to anyone who will listen! I tell Angie that she should call herself Recruiter Extraoridinaire! Her effervescent personality and stellar work ethic make me not want to work with any other person or company! Angie is so good at her job! You can tell she love s her job. She takes the time getting to know you as a person, your likes/dislikes, and what you're good at so she can always make sure you're a "good fit" where ever you should travel. She has found me some fantastic travel jobs. I have never worked for a company like TNAA where you're not just a paycheck for them but actually treat you like they would a loved one. Angie and the staff at TNAA have gone out of their way to stay abreast of details regarding changes in job description, pay (this last contract had some stipend increases), and dealing with the procrastination of myself. My newest contract the pay was not corrwct when the paperwork came back and the account manager went back to the hospital and called them out on it (thank you) getting the pay that was originally offered. The pay might not be the highest out there but I'd rather know that I'm being looked after and they have my best interest in mind. I look forward to the phone calls with Angie because it's like talking to a close friend 🧡. I have recommended 2 fellow nurses to Angie because of her STELLAR performance day in and day out. I have been with other travel companies and it's the staff (especially Angie and a shout out to Gina for keeping me out of got water) that keeps me loyal. You could NOT ask for a better recruiter than Angie.
Despite the intricacies and minutia of travel nursing and dealing with various systems, interacting with regulatory needs. I always felt that Deon has my back and is as helpful as possible within her ability to lubricate or change the process.
