Darian Herrington, Allied Recruiting Specialist at TotalMed

About Darian

Darian's Bio

I was born and raised in New York and began my career as a reality TV producer before transitioning into healthcare recruiting. I've always loved connecting with people, hearing their stories and understanding what really matters to them.

My work in television allowed me to travel across the country, producing shows in major cities while building meaningful relationships along the way. Those experiences gave me a real appreciation for what it's like to work away from home and how important strong support is while you're doing it.

Now as an Allied Recruiter, my goal is to be honest, responsive and reliable so that my travelers match with assignments that fit their life and not just their resume.

About Darian Herrington:

Darian is a fantastic agent. Prompt responses and very accommodating. I'm hoping in the future to find a contract with her. I wish she were my current agent. I wish to work with her in the future. I may even take a lower paying contract in the future just to work with her, because I know she will be receptive and supportive to my needs and concerns.

About Darian Herrington:

Darian and I got in contact the beginning of September regarding the search for my first travel contract. Since then, she has been extremely helpful and informative on the requirements for job postings that I had been inquiring about. I recently ended up choosing a job through a different agency, but I expressed that I will be working with her again in the near future once my assignment was over. She has wonderful communication skills and shows a sincere passion for what she does.

About Darian Herrington:

As a more seasoned PT, I was a little nervous jumping into travel work. She was a calming force and explained things well. She is a gem!
