About Sarah Jeffery:

From the very first phone contact that SARA and I had it was like we had known each other forever. There is just such a connection. She has never made me feel pushed or hurried to make a decision on any contract. Provides good feedback from other travelers on assignments so that I can have a better experience.

About Mike Lupia:

Mike has been so incredibly supportive and helpful. I really struggle to compare my experiences as a hospital staff nurse to my time with TNAA and it’s mostly due to Mike. I feel appreciated like I’m an actual priority as opposed to a number or a statistic. My only regret is that I didn’t start this sooner.

About Michele Taylor:

Rates industry wide have dropped, but other agencies still have higher rates. One could argue it’s the benefits of TNAA overall that have a premium cost. I haven’t found any benefits of TNAA to be better than other agencies, except for Michelle. She makes me want to stick it out to work with her. She’s compassionate, thorough, supportive, and a good advocate… one could argue that she’s been spending too much time with awesome nurses and they rubbed off on her. That’s an employee TNAA should want to go above and beyond to keep around. Except maybe make sure she takes a well deserved vacation.
