Erica is really great to work with. I have worked with quite a number of recruiters over many years and when I first communicated with Erica, I knew she was the recruiter to stick with. I know Erica is one that is going to climb the ladder quickly in her field so I am happy to have her right now before she is promoted to an upper level management position. Any company would be losing out if they don’t keep their eye out on this recruiter for consideration of promotion to upper level. Erica is a go-getter. She certainly landed me a contract quickly that is a great fit. I actually feel like a member of the Total Med team knowing Erica has me covered.
