About Erica Diestelmann:

Erica is really great to work with. I have worked with quite a number of recruiters over many years and when I first communicated with Erica, I knew she was the recruiter to stick with. I know Erica is one that is going to climb the ladder quickly in her field so I am happy to have her right now before she is promoted to an upper level management position. Any company would be losing out if they don’t keep their eye out on this recruiter for consideration of promotion to upper level. Erica is a go-getter. She certainly landed me a contract quickly that is a great fit. I actually feel like a member of the Total Med team knowing Erica has me covered. Looking forward to more great travel experiences in the future when my current contract wraps up.

About Tyler Klancke:

I started working with Tyler in 2020 and have done 6 assignments with him. I also did extensions with the majority of those assignments. I used to work with multiple agencies to try to ensure I got the best rate and Tyler consistently got me the highest paying contracts. Tyler has always been quick to respond and responded all days/times of the week. He’s consistently addressed any and all concerns I had and has always supported my decisions, including needing to leave a toxic assignment. He has also always done a great job at tailoring the job options to my preferences when looking for a new assignment, which has not always happened with recruiters I worked with previously. I have now taken a full time staff job or would still be working with him. I would highly recommend Tyler to all travel professionals!
