A little bit about me! Born and raised in Wisconsin but I now spend most of my time in Florida, traveling back and forth between Florida and Wisconsin. I have a diverse background in healthcare, combining my experience as a behavioral therapist working with children with autism and as my role as a travel nurse recruiter. I have developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care, communication, and understanding individual needs. 5 years in the travel nurse industry and transitioning into nurse recruiting, I have been able to contribute to patient care by connecting skilled healthcare professionals with facilities.

I love getting to know my travel nurses and finding out what matters most to them in their careers. I believe in building genuine connections and making sure my travelers always feel supported and valued. I am a true advocate for my nurses and take pride in being there for them every step of the way. love staying in the health field because it gives me a sense of purpose, knowing that whether I’m directly supporting patients or helping place the right nurse in the right role, I am playing a part in improving lives

When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling—I am always looking for my next travel destination, exploring, and creating lifelong memories. New adventures always excite me, whether it's finding a new restaurant locally, traveling to a different city or jumping on an airplane! I also love to work out, be active, play all the sports, and be outside.
