I ve been with Ian since my very 1st traveling job so that should speak volumes after speaking with multiple other travelers. Ian is much more than a recruiter, he's literallly such an asset to TotalMed, he's a recruiter who listens to every aspact of ur needs.He goes above and beyond and exceedes all my expectations of what an assignment entails. Even if there are some discrepencies in an assignment that he, nor I had any idea about, he will stick his neck out for us nurses, he has A HEART!!! Ian is much more of a friend, a counselor, our confidante, our guidance, always answers us back with any questions. He even walks us thru some of the questions on forms that some of us, "more mature" nurses have no clue wat its asking, he's polite, patient, professional and passionate about his career AND our's!!
When I listen to other travelers saying they call their recruiter but nvr get answers or it takes several days for a return call, I tell them that Im always a text away from asking a question and Ian responds!! I trust Ian, whole heartedly, and Ive referred him to a friend whom Im traveling with currently!!
