About Dorene Major:

I've been a traveller for about six years, and currently I travel with my girlfriend. Finding placement for two nurses that work in two different types of units is tricky. Dorene was very organized and presented a lot of options. She gave us lists in areas of the country we discussed. I feel like she received way too much homework from us, and still managed to be quick and responsive, and managed to find options that we were excited about. Easily the best experience I've had with a recruiter.

About Dorene Major:

This is my second posting with Dorene and I feel like she has been on top of everything from start to finish and has always fought for me. She always answers me in a timely manner and if she doesn’t have then answer she doesn’t stop until she gets it. I was very nervous to get into travel nursing because I have heard horror stories about recruiters, but so far she has exceeded my expectations. I recommended her to everyone I know that is even considering travel nursing.

Dorene has been excellent. I am on my 2nd contract with TotalMed and I plan to stay with them for the foreseeable future. There were some frustrating points throughout the process but Dorene remained transparent with the information she provided to explain any problems she was having on her end, especially during the process of trying to seek an offer for an assignment that offered the type of compensation and patient population that I was looking for.
