Dawson Snow

Home to me is Springfield, TN about 20 miles outside Nashville. I grew up (thankfully!!) playing outside and roaming the neighborhood with friends, but I moved to Nashville to live a more metropolitan lifestyle. I have a 7 yr old fat cat named Stuart and 8 well-loved house plants that keep me entertained. I graduated from Western Kentucky University where I achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance. I began my career in the Finance industry where I quickly learned I need more human interaction. That is when I found Healthcare Recruiting and subsequently my passion!

Fun Fact About Me: Once upon a time I played the French Horn. Is that a board game or an instrument? No one knows!

Why I love to recruit
My family consists of 4 RNs, so my entire life I was able to see how selfless work as a nurse is (in-home healthcare was a nice bonus). With this knowledge, I knew that a career in healthcare could be very rewarding for me while also somewhat carrying on the legacy. What I do is nowhere near comparable to that of a nurse, but with my job I have more opportunity to THANK and praise nurses for everything they do.
