About Chris Harms:

I don't have enough kind words for this recruiter! I left my full time hospital job for travel nursing very abruptly and I never had the chance to worry. Chris was there for everything! My questions, concerns, contract negotiations, first day, you name it. They always tell you to be on working terms with multiple travel companies and other recruiters have left something to be desired after working with Chris. I'm happy to continue working with Chris for my 4th contract and hopefully many more to come.

I have had a great experience with Chris as my recruiter. He’s full throttle 100% of the time when it comes to forfilling my needs and expectations on a job. He’s responded to allot of my questions at almost any hour of the day. I have been more then happy with Chris as my recruiter!

About Chris Harms:

Chris is an amazing recruiter! He has always been honest and tried his hardest to find what I was looking for. He follows up with me even when I'm not in a contract with total med to see how I'm doing. He always notify me when he feels he has an assignment I'll be interested in. However, I do feel as a company, Total Med should get more behavior health contracts with hospitals. My plan was to only use TM for my travel jobs but the MH jobs were few and/or low paying. I've wanted to refer several of my coworkers to TM because I love working with Chris but I've been hesitant because of the lack of mental health offers.

Chris is the best. He’s always been patient and understanding when it comes to finding me an assignment. I was sad when we couldn’t work together my first assignment but I’m glad we found a fit for me this time around. He’s kind, always ask how I’m doing and responds in a timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better recruiter.

About Chris Harms:

I have worked with a few different recruiters and have never had the experience like I have with Chris and TotalMed. Not only does he get me in places that I want to be but he also cares about me and my life as an individual. He is understanding, compassionate, hard working and most of all supportive. Chris has made any decision I’ve had to make from extending, to finding new placement, to negotiating so easy. Basically he does all the work and I can’t thank him enough. Not only does he have a killer personality, which makes him super easy to work with, he also cares. I’ll never work with another recruiter again!
