About Chris Harms:

My experience with Chris has been nothing but positive. He is always on top of things when looking for a new contract. He listens to what I am looking for and sends me exact matches. He’s very transparent about availability, rates, and details within contracts/job postings so I never feel misinformed or left in the dark. While searching for a new contract, the compliance/onboarding process, and while I’m on contract Chris has stayed in touch with me making sure everything is going well and that all of my questions have been answered. I’ve been traveling for almost 2 years and every contract I’ve signed has been with Chris. I can’t say enough great things about working with him!

Chris was amazing always checked on me throughout my assignments. He made sure that I had the right assignment for the things going on in my life and one that would work with my loved ones and my schedule. I think highly of Chris and have truly enjoyed my time with him... and would most definitely would want to work with him again if I should come back to traveling.

My agent has gone above and beyond and is not only concerned with my jobs and placement but also anything else that might get in the way or make my life complicated. When an issue arises, he addresses the matter asap. It has been a delight to work with Chris and I would definitely recommend working with him.

About Chris Harms:

I don't have enough kind words for this recruiter! I left my full time hospital job for travel nursing very abruptly and I never had the chance to worry. Chris was there for everything! My questions, concerns, contract negotiations, first day, you name it. They always tell you to be on working terms with multiple travel companies and other recruiters have left something to be desired after working with Chris. I'm happy to continue working with Chris for my 4th contract and hopefully many more to come.

About Chris Harms:

Chris is an amazing recruiter! He has always been honest and tried his hardest to find what I was looking for. He follows up with me even when I'm not in a contract with total med to see how I'm doing. He always notify me when he feels he has an assignment I'll be interested in. However, I do feel as a company, Total Med should get more behavior health contracts with hospitals. My plan was to only use TM for my travel jobs but the MH jobs were few and/or low paying. I've wanted to refer several of my coworkers to TM because I love working with Chris but I've been hesitant because of the lack of mental health offers.
