I cannot say enough good things about Alison. She has a vast knowledge of the industry. She is timely in her responses. She advocates on my behalf without even asking--she asked for higher wages when rates went up mid-contract and got me better pay. I've been with TotalMed for about a year and a half now and hands down it's because of Alison. She is a gem!
