I’m just entering my extension with the company that Tiffani matched me up with. So far just a few minor glitches with scheduling, but Tiffani was there to answer all my questions and follow through for me with management. I could not ask for more from her, she has been amazing so far. I hope that she’s my recruiter for a long time.
Tiffanni has been amazing to work with. When first meeting Tiffanni, I requested the majority of communication be done via text messaging, and she has always respected that request. I get countless phone calls throughout the day, so working with someone who understands my communication needs is my #1 priority.
Tiffanni has also been very good at making sure I am organized, and she keeps in touch with me to make sure I'm aware of outlying tasks that I may not have noticed. I have noticed she's contacted me after I've missed emails and phone calls from other departments, which means she is going above and beyond to ensure my contract goes smoothly.
And finally, Tiffanni made sure to only send me contracts that were tailor made to my requests. Instead of having to dig through countless emails and texts of contracts that I would never take, I instead only receive contracts that I have interest in. This made the process so much easier on my end, and It's much appreciated.
