Home to me is Milwaukee, Wisconsin - but currently living in a city more north and where TotalMed is based - Appleton, WI! I grew up riding horses and being super active/outdoorsy. I love working out, cooking/experimenting with new recipes and anything that involves being outside. I have a 6 month old Australian Shepard puppy, Jonee (Jo-knee), who is the best and sweetest companion.
Prior to recruiting, I worked in healthcare full time for 7 years as a radiology tech - 2 out of those 7 years I traveled taking contracts full time coast to coast - so my knowledge of the other side of recruiting is vast and relatable.

Why I love to recruit
I would often get approached by full time staff while on contracts that would ask me a million questions on how I got into traveling/the process/sources I use - I enjoyed sharing information with people that were interested and curious. I decided I was ready for a completely different change and when there was an opportunity presented to me with a chance, I took it!

When I'm not working I like to

I have had an absolutely incredible experience working with Tiffanni! From our very first conversation I could tell that she was not trying to fill positions - she genuinely cared about me as a person and as a traveler. Tiffanni took the time to get to know me and worked hard to find me a position that met my location, shift preference & pay package. One of the things I appreciated most about Tiffanni was her communication, she was always available to answer questions whether it was in the evening or weekend. Tiffanni did an incredible job of advocating for me to keep my rate upon being asked to extend my contract at my current assignment. I have traveled with other companies in the past, and Tiffanni is by far my favorite recruiter and is someone I would confidently refer to a friend or fellow colleague!

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Tiffanni! I have traveled in the past with different agencies and Tiffanni is by far my favorite recruiter! She is very compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable. I had some hiccups with my compliance specialist, and Tiffanni did an amazing job communicating and assisting me through the technical problems until it was resolved and I was able to still start my assignment on time. She is someone I would highly recommend to other travelers due to her communication skills and knowledge and understanding of the industry!
