About Aaron Heiliger:

Aaron has been a wonderful recruiter! He's been very helpful and encouraging through this whole process and I have enjoyed working with him. This is only my second travel assignment and although I worked with Aaron while looking for my first assignment, a different opportunity came up with a different company, but despite not signing my first contract with him he continued to check in and see how I was doing which I really appreciated! It has been a pleasure working with Aaron and I hope to continue to work with him in the future.

About Dawson Snow:

You know what makes a fantastic recruiter? Compassion, consistency, and communication. Dawson excelled each these attributes! I had a couple set-backs with the compliance department and she was on top of it to meet my needs. When I was first looking for travel assignments, she knew I was juggling between agencies. Did she blow me off due to my indecisiveness? Absolutely not! Dawson is the reason I decided to go with TotalMed. She is genuine which I find extremely satisfying. She wants the best for you and will work her tail off. She is full of knowledge and is so easy to talk to. I don’t just recommend her to travelers, I wish every traveler could have Dawson as their recruiter. She is truly a gem and am SO thankful for her! Thank you so much Dawson!

About Aaron Heiliger:

Aaron is always just a call or email away! He consistently responds in a timely manner to any and all of my questions and concerns. There were a few occasions I had to text him after hours due to concerns about miscommunications at the hospital regarding my schedule, and he always made himself available to me and went above and beyond in trying to work out the issues I was experiencing. Feels less like a recruiter and more like a friend I can text and talk to about my concerns! I have worked with multiple recruiters in the past, and Aaron has by far been my favorite.
