It would be beneficial to confirm with the travelers how many hours were submitted by the facility to allow time for corrections. Payroll shouldn't close on Monday. Better communication on specific documents needed to be submitted for guaranteed hours or correction to time cards. Improve transparency with the guaranteed hours clause. (I.e. my contract was for 40 hours but only guaranteed 36) didn't find that out until after the fact. Stipends should be paid out to travelers if called of by facility. The agency should address the constant mistakes in payment from whomever is making the mistakes. Overall my experience with Total Med was negative. Which is why I'm choosing to change agency. I will add that josh was great through it all. He was responsive and helped get paid correctly
If it wasn't for him, I would have canceled my contract. Despite his great work, it still negatively impacted my experience with Total Med.
