My travel buddy and I required specific needs in order to be able to sign a contract. Three other travel agencies that we spoke with before contacting TNAA were unable to fill those needs, and told us it could not be done and that our request was too much to hope for. Marissa did not bat an eye when we made our needs known.. the contract we signed with her and TNAA met our needs! She is awesome!
