Absolutely wonderful working along side Ren ! She's always helpful, positive, encouraging, supportive, prompt and truly knowledgeable in this industry. Also understanding, kind and patient to the "locums life" . Texts, emails and phone calls don't go unanswered which is truly a great measure that everyone and everything is a priority. We're not the only one but we're her number one when working with Ren. That speaks volume about her skills, expertise, management, promptness & how she care about us. About Nicole Cho:

Nicole always was able to find the right match, she took the time to understand my preferences such as location, shift type, specialty, and pay. Nicole matched me with several contracts that fit my needs. Communicated clearly: Nicole kept me informed throughout the process, answered questions promptly, and made sure I understood every detail of the contract before signing. Showed genuine support: Nicole checked in to make sure I felt confident and supported, both before and during the contract. If I decided to travel again or find an assignment Totalmed has that meets my needs? I would want Nicole to be my recruiter again. I highly recommend her to other travel nurses.

Mackenzie is truly a ray of bright sunshine! She has an amazing personality and strong work ethic. I've been working with Mackenzie for over a year now and feel very fortunate to have her as my voice and experienced guide throughout my travel assignments. Whenever I have a question, she either has an answer or quickly finds someone who does.
