Why I love to recruit
My favorite part about recruiting is being a part of the amazing careers that nurses build through traveling. To see someone go from a newer nurse to winning a Daisy award as a trauma charge RN is something that keeps me going, even when the job gets tough.

Sid has been the absolute best! He been my recruiter since they were Total Med and I can’t say enough good enough things about him! He’s timely and patient and only wants what’s best for his nurses.
