Deon has been absolutely wonderful since day one. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly meet me where I was, especially through some more difficult and sticky situations in life. She consistently made sure I was never placed in situations where I would feel uncomfortable, and always advocated for what was best for me both personally and professionally. Her compassion, communication, and genuine dedication made such a positive impact on my experience. From the very first phone call with Deon, she made me feel understood and was very helpful answering all of my initial questions. You can tell just by over the phone that Deon has such great energy and that she truly cares about you as not only a professional, but a person as well.
