About Barbie Schmitt:

Great recruiter. Doesn't hound me, but Doesn't ignore me either. Good communication, even if she's going to be off she let's me know ahead of time and gives me a name for alternative help if needed. She only puts in for the jobs that ask her to. Way better than my last recruiter from a different company.
