If recruiters were cars, Tyler stands out as the Rolls Royce/Bugatti of the travel nurse recruiter world. There is a reason why I’ve stuck with the same recruiter for over 5 years. About Deon Cavender:

I was given Deon's name by a fellow RN when I decided to pursue a travel RN position. At my first phone contact, she was very open and welcoming. Deon has always been available via phone or emails, and is very quick to respond to questions that I had. If she couldn't answer a question, she knew who to ask. Very friendly and nurturing to a first time travel RN. She is a fantastic resource.

Anne was very helpful and always responded in a timely manner when helping me complete whatever I needed to do to get a contract. I was not able to fulfill the contract for other reasons but Anne was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

I loved that Deon was friendly yet straight to the point about the details about each opportunity. I told her my needs and my to unique exemptions that I would need. She was transparent throughout the process and only sent me postings that fit what I desired. She was very responsive and kept me updated often when things were pending.
