This was my first assignment. I did not have close friends that have went through this process, so I had no knowledge of anything that came with it. I was unaware of just how much was involved with the process. I think with it being Fast Track position that it was even more overwhelming at first. About Mike Lupia:

Mike is so friendly on the phone. He never makes me feel stupid or belittled for the things I am looking for in a contract. One thing I really love about Mike is that he never just quickly pushes you off the phone like other agencies and recruiters have done to me. He will take the time to listen and explain things to you without being short and sweet and hanging up, and I really appreciate that. I am sure Mike has many travelers under his wing but he still makes time for each of us and that stands out to me. I went through a disaster situation with a previous agency, and I had a friend recommend mike and I am SO glad I made the call to him, because he has made this process so smooth for me and much less hectic and stressful. I would definitely recommend mike to any traveler looking for an amazing recruiter. He really is top notch and I am so thankful for a recruiter like him.
