I knew what facility I was looking for. Nicole would reach out to me periodically with job openings for that facility. Although in the past it wasn’t a good fit due to commitments I was trying to go back to sleep. Every few months I would get an email with a few facilities and offered pay. When the time was right, I reached out to her late in the evening. She immediately responded to my message. As a night shifter, it was nice to be able to communicate with a recruiter in the evening not when I was trying to sleep. Throughout the process, she was respectful of my crazy work schedule and would make herself available when it was convenient for me. That was very unusual.
Claudia and I have been trying to obtain a contract together for a little bit. Because of varying reasons we have not been able to until now. I am very excited and thankful to have her as my recruiter. She is incredibly kind, understanding, and hardworking. She's a phenomenal communicator and reliable. I have been with some recruiters that don't even bother to check in or talk to me and even sigh audibly while I'm speaking to them about my preferences. Claudia has shown me nothing but respect, kindness, and understanding. I am truly grateful we get to work together.
