About Nick Klumpp:

Nick is an involved recruiter who I believe does want the best for his nurses. Nick is attentive and available even when processes are not going as planned or hoped for. He is also available, keeping frequent contact through most of the contract and often listening to a lot of “ranting” to make sure the nurses he works with feel heard, even in difficult situations

About Tyler Klancke:

Tyler helped placed me and my friend on our very first assignment together. I like that he sends us (mostly) what we asked for, with the requirements we asked for and tried to make sure that we were placed where we asked. I also appreciate that he didn't bombard us and overwhelm us with calls. Text and email were sufficient and efficient for us.

About Tre Vannes:

Well, mostly it has been a smooth process. There have been some bumps along the way. The first compliance person I worked with who was quitting so I got lost in the shuffle and didn't get any reply from her. I had to reach out to Tre to have my compliance contact person switched to a someone else. For a smoother start date, I would create group emails with everyone involved to confirm the correct start date, initial schedule, and I would suggest giving the full name of the initial contact person on day one along with the phone number. Otherwise everything has been as expected this far.

Sam worked well on my behalf during my contractual time with her. She worked hard to acquire good contracts for me and accommodated my needs. I was satisfied with most of the contracts. I enjoyed working with Sam, truly.

About Russ Waehler:

Russell was encouraging and organized during a time of crisis. In my case, I was new to the travel nursing world so Russell was careful to take my concerns and experience in consideration when placing me for a crisis assignment. Although the whole nation was blind sided with the initial hit of the pandemic, Russel and his team checked in on me to be sure I was adjusting/coping. I chose TNAA because of their good reputation and I'm so glad I did.
