I like working with Kyra a lot . However, compared to recruiters that I have worked with in the past , they've been much quicker to respond back. Often I have to wait 24 hours for a response or no response with out me re-inquiring. However, I feel that she is always completely honest with me and that is my priority.
I have referred 3 people to her and one she did not respond back to soon enough(apparently, per my referral) and went with another Total med recruiter and I am not getting the referral. another had an assignment with Kyra and now is signing a contract with another recruiter with Total med as well. This is frustrating.
Ashley has been great throughout this whole process and has really helped me to find the best possible job for my skills. She’s easy to contact and is knowledgeable about her role as a recruiter!
