About Ryan Foster:

Ryan explained the way Total Med worked with the case managers. I explained to him what I was looking for, a good recruiter and a good agency to work with. An agency and a recruiter that would have assignments on the east coast, in smaller hospitals and not in large cities. This is my first contract with Total Med and it is a small hospital in a rural community on the East Coast. Ryan has been there to assure that the onboarding was complete and smooth. He was more than helpful. So, I have found a great recruiter and feel that I can trust him.

About Laura Morgan:

Always available! Even surprised me with a weekend update and some late evening contacts. Always kept me in the loop throughout the application process and ensured the contact was appropriate for my time. If she didnt know the answer to my questions she wasn't afraid to hunt it down and get back to me quickly. I will always trust someone who is humble and seeks out knowledge. About Everine Van Houten:

Everine is the best recruiter I've ever had. We were job searching for a long time, and she regularly followed up with me at least every week to let me know what she found or that she was still looking even if nothing opened up. I felt well taken care of knowing that she was actively job searching for me and on top of it. Even after many weeks, she never gave up. She has continued to check in with me throughout compliance and on my first week of work even though she was on vacation. Most of my other recruiters don't actively search for jobs for me or even contact me unless I found something on the website myself and reach out to them to apply. Everine is exactly what I imagine every good recruiter should be like. The others just don't provide the same confidence and attentiveness. I chose to work with Total Med for this contract because I was so grateful for Everine's work.
