He has helped me every step of the way, going above and beyond my expectations, response time is quick and lets me know and if he doesnt know he researches the issue and gets back to me with out delay. This is my first assignment and did not know what to expect Sidney walked me through the whole process no matter what time of day!!! Hard to find customer service like that anymore

Can't say enough positive things about Amy! She's very responsive, will make sure that you understand everything that is being said to you and that you understand everything that you are getting yourself in to. As a first time traveler she has made this experience very painless and has provided me with so much education. She tells you how it is and doesn't lie or beat around the bush with anything!
