Tyler was highly recommended by a travel nurse I’ve worked with & have known for quite some time.
Tyler has exceeded my expectations. I am finishing my first travel assignment with another agency. Tyler has provided more communication & guidance than my current recruiter. He has called with prospects, jumped on opportunities to submit my application & kept me informed all the time. I am eager to start working with TNAA because of Tyler!
So many good things to say about Jonathon! We connected at the beginning of the Covid craziness when I was cancelled before a job even started. He got me and my needs right away and that first conversation was a breath of fresh air for me. And I ended up in Monterey, California...not a bad gig! I've completed three awesome assignments with Jonathon and I refer good nurses to him as often as I can. He is genuine, cares about his nurses, and is just an overall good guy. Call him...you won't regret it!
Jimmy understands my needs and my comfort level. He is very good at helping me through problems and putting me in touch with other people within the company that can help me. He also helped me find an assignment at a time when there was a big influx of travelers, so I am grateful to have found something and he never pushed me to settle for an assignment. I don't have anyone to refer at this time, otherwise I would!
Deana was a phenomenal recruiter for me, she did all the heavy work for me throughout the entire process! I cannot stress enough how easier and smooth she made the process of finding my perfect hospital. It was almost as if I was on a dating site for hospitals, I told her all of my “must have” items in a hospital, what I didn’t want and she went to work. Deana brought countless phenomenal placement opportunities for me that all were exactly what I was looking for. As a first time traveler I had many questions as you can imagine. Those questions were all promptly answered as I was provided with multiple sites, articles, and references relating to my questions. I was very picky and very hard to please in the hospital I was looking for but Deana persisted and found me the one. A match made in heaven. I’m talking butterflies in my stomach when I think about this placement in this hospital. Well two hospitals. The assignment is in Tacoma, WA and Puyallup, WA at MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital and MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital respectively in their CVICU’s. The MultiCare hospitals are phenomenal places that have even better staff working inside. The units I work on all have supportive and helpful staff as well as fantastic management. The workload is always safe and not yet have I had a day where I thought “I’m going to be here so late tonight charting” because of how busy my assignments were. I came from Duke University Hospital where I worked on their CTICU and admittedly was a little uneasy of what other hospitals might be like after I had all the resources and opportunities I had at Duke but those worries and doubts are a long forgotten memory. I couldn’t be happier of this whole experience and assignment, none of which would’ve been possible without the work Deana put into finding me the right assignment. She made me feel like a friend who she wanted to help find a great job, at no point did I feel like I was being “recruited” by her or pressured into choosing a certain assignment which I did feel when talking to other companies and their recruiters. I know I sound like a paid actor on a tv commercial but I promise you I’m real and I’m not getting paid to type this. I’m taking time to type all this out is because it is the LEAST I can do for someone who did so much for me. If someone is on the fence on whether to travel or not I hope you are reading this and it has helped you know that you are in good hands with Deana and TNAA.
