From the first contact with Melinda, I felt seen and heard about any concerns I had in how to integrate travel nursing in my life as I move forward. I am on my second contract with another company at the moment, but will switch to TNAA because of the kindness and care and communication that I have received from Melinda. There is nothing wrong with the other company, but communication has felt very transactional only, with not much explanation or guidance. They still do not remember that I prefer to go by my nickname instead of my legal name and I have been shuffled to a different recruiter. I feel like more of a number than someone they want to get to know. I am sure Melinda is just as busy as the other folks, but the communication has always felt authentic and small details remembered go a long way in promoting confidence in a work environment that can shift and change course. This is why I will be moving my travel nurse career forward with Melinda after this next contract is complete. I look forward to having her on my team as I travel to new work adventures!
