About Melinda McEwen:

I found TNAA while on a web search. I had been working with a few people from another company who consistently dropped the ball. The first thing I noticed was how excited, upbeat and efficient Melinda was. She was as excited as I was about the opportunities that were laid out before me. As a new father, I needed to deal with a group of people that took my time and their job seriously. Melinda even answered one of my inquiries during a trip she was on (this was more than just above and beyond service). She always kept me updated with regard to job postings and within a week or two had a offer with a combination of hours and days off I couldn't believe. I have a few check boxes that must get the proverbial tick before I can recommend, those being, efficiency (demonstrating urgency), professionalism (timely responses and updates) and lastly, the ability to not only seek out what's available but molding into what is ideal. This makes for a relationship that will stand the test of time. That being said, I recommend TNAA and Melinda with full confidence. I am beyond grateful that my web search lead me to TNAA. I will be using them exclusively from this point on. Thank you Melinda!
